ARCHitectural Review Request Form #2024-V1 (PDF) – Before a resident can begin work on -or- make any change to the exterior of his Unit or grounds, he must first petition the HOA Architectural Committee -and- receive a Written response of Approval.
This Committee has 30 days to respond. Often, the Notice of Approval includes additional stipulations, which must be met. As such, it is unwise for applicants to make purchases or schedule contractors in advance. By adhering to this procedure, one can avoid costly removals and frustration.
